I'm on a mission. I'm going to see to it that the majority of what I consume is either a plant or an animal. I didn't start out with a low carb mindest, it's just that most processed foods are packed with carbs, and processed foods are what I'm "trying" to avoid. I'll be the first to concede that sticking to this 100% is impossible, but I'm really gonna go for it. I mean c'mon, does eating only meats, fruits, and vegetables really sound all that crazy?

Getting old sucks doesn't it? I too am dieting now. I'm on the Special K diet (I know, I know, when someone first told me about it I was like "You take cat tranquilizer to lose weight?"). All I eat for breakfast and lunch everyday is cereal and I've been on it for about 2 months now without losing a pound, which pretty much means if I ever started eating like a normal human again I would start gaining weight like nobody's business... Guess I'm going to have to exercise.
It's a cold and harsh reality. Special K (the cereal) has 22 grams of carbs/cup. And I'm just betting you're doing more than one cup/sitting. I know, I like bread and potatoes and rice too, but that's the shit making us and keeping us fat. It's the starches! And you probably feel like douche after eating chick food. Dude you are a man, eat like one. I had sausage and eggs for breakfast. Yesterday I had a hamburger minus the bun and cheese but it was awesome. Back down the carbs and you'll start seeing results. I'm tellin you man, watch Fat Head...it'll change your perspective on healthy eating.
